When your order is given to the courier, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. Inside you will find all the necessary information, including the tracking number.

For orders of lesser value, we offer a fixed shipping charge of $5.90

Returns:

If you wish to return your order purchased from anekecandles.com, please contact our customer service department at customercare@anekecandles.com within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned unused and in the same unopened ANEKE packaging. If the returned products are opened or used, we will not accept the return.
Return costs will be covered directly by the customer and not by the brand.
Once your return has been processed, our customer service will contact you via email to confirm the refund on your original payment method within 14 days of receipt at the warehouse.
We recommend using a trackable return service for your return, as the brand is not responsible for any returns and will not refund orders without proof of receipt if the return does not arrive at the designated warehouse.

If you believe a product or order has been delivered damaged, you should notify our customer service department at customercare@anekecandles.com as soon as possible, including your name, order number, and any video/image references.
